I contracted with this company to install a new Bosch heat pump and thermostat for my house. Brad and Mike came to my home on schedule and worked out an invoice, as well as thoroughly explained the warranty and service agreement. The unit was installed exactly as planned. My whole experience with Sandhills Heating and Refrigeration was excellent and all of the workers were extremely competent and professional. The company also handled my rebates with Duke Energy, and although there was one mistake made in the rebate process the company took care of the mistake.
